The hotel is in a prime location at Tsim Sha Tsui, providing travelers with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are clean and nice but show some signs of age, with a few stains and chips in the sink/vanity area. The service, while efficient, could be more friendly in customer interactions. The dining experience offers a wide range of choices, especially with fresh juice selections and made-to-order omelets, although it may not match the quality of neighboring hotels. The hotel facilities are decent, catering to basic needs while being clean and well-maintained.

The rooms are in good condition, exactly as shown in the pictures, though lacking shampoo and shower gel initially. The service, notably Angel+rest and Club Lounge, was genuinely accommodating and apologetic when faced with issues. The dining experience offered good quality and a variety of choices. However, the ongoing renovations in the adjacent building caused disturbances throughout the day.
The hotel had good-sized rooms, although the view wasn't great, and there was a noticeable cigarette odor. The service was friendly overall, with some room for improvement in addressing issues promptly. The location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping areas, but some areas required more attention. The dining experience was excellent, especially the gym, swimming pool, and Spa facilities. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancements.

The rooms, while having a view of Kowloon Park which was nice, were a bit worn out and near a noisy lift shaft. The dining experience was satisfying, meeting expectations for the price, and the location was superb for exploring the city.
After a long flight, the single-bed room I received was small compared to what I booked, hinting at a need for a room refresh soon. The hotel offers a good location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with easy access to the metro and popular attractions. The dining options, while not at the level of other nearby hotels, still provide a variety of western and eastern specialties.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, although a bit smaller than what I'm used to, were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, going above and beyond my expectations. The location was convenient, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The dining experience offered a wide variety of dishes, but there were minor issues with some items. Overall, a good value for the money.
The deluxe room offered is nice, clean, and comfortable, but a bit overpriced. The hotel's rooms are modern and comfortable, reflecting quality but at a premium price. The pool and spa facilities are great for relaxation.
